Dakota quickly identified the issue with our pool, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently. We haven’t had a single problem since their repair, and the whole experience was seamless. I highly recommend this family-owned company run by Dakota and his wife Lacey. They are both very professional and took the time to explain everything to us and reassure us about the work needed to fix the leaks in our pool. Dakota didn't hesitate to dive into 50-degree water to check all the pipes. The follow-up on the quotes and scheduling of appointments was very efficient thanks to Lacey, who knew just what to say to convince us to proceed with the repairs. We can't wait for the work to be completed.

We just can't say enough about Hydrotex Pools and especially about Chance, their fantastic expert who helped us with a severe algae issue with our pool. It was awful and we thought we were going to have a MUCH bigger problem. Chance was amazing and got us back to normal within just a few days, without draining the pool. He was here every day monitoring and managing the issue. We are so thankful for all of it. Additionally, communication to us was outstanding, ever step of the way. We are about to schedule Hydrotex for weekly service through fall and winter (and maybe spring and summer) because we were so impressed with the ease, service results, and pricing. Hydrotex Pool is a great pool company! I always have Ron and every week he always shows up at the same time, same day, with great effort and hard work. Ron even checks in when I’m outside on occasion and asks if I need anything else done with the pool. He’s always kind and courteous! Very friendly, too. He does a great job with my pool! Aside from that, Hydrotex always meets me and my families needs when we have a small issue with our pool. They immediately come out when we have an overflow of rain water. They are very prompt to get back to me. Thank you guys!

My pool overflowed last month with all the heavy rain. It went from being crystal clear to looking like a swamp. A technician came out each day to backwash it, add clarifier, clean the filters and finally vacuum it. The technicians explained everything they were doing and why, both verbally and in email. My pool now looks amazing again!
