Technician was very efficient and knowledgeable, not to mention very polite and managed my expectations perfectly. He quickly diagnosed the issues and repaired same day. I called at about noon and they worked me into the schedule same day. Prestige truly excels in all aspects of pool builds, weekly maintenance, and repairs.

Courteous and responsive. Appreciated them stepping up to the plate when the original pool builder did not correctly handle and address the issues they were responsible for. Thankful to have a company out there that is still trustworthy and responsible, even when it was not their problem. Thank you!

Larry (Repairman) was very professional and knowledgeable. He solved our problem promptly and never complained about the high temperature and humidity while he was working.
