MEE MEE'S LIL GRASSHOPPERS REVIEWS

We LOVE Mee Mee's Lil Grasshoppers. Unfortunately our daughter has been in several different daycares and preschools over the last 3 years (due to my husband and I changing jobs, moving, etc). So, we've definitely had our fair share with daycare's and preschools. Let me tell you, they are NOT all created equal. What makes this school so special is that Jamie and all her teacher genuinely love the children as if they were their own. Jamie has created a truly play-based program that allows kids to learn creativity, social skills, and academics (counting, colors, etc etc) all through play. She teaches them to respect and care for each other. She builds confidence and she respects their individual personalities. My daughter is a real handful (she often engages in high risk behavior like jumping off of things, she refuses to nap, she throws tantrums, etc), but Jamie is so patient with her and tailors her approach with her. We are so appreciative! As parents it's hard to leave your child at daycare. But at Mee Mee's we have peace that she's in good hands and is having an enriching day.

Jamie genuinely loves what she does and you can tell through her kids, how happy and healthy the environment is. I couldn't have chosen a better school for my son. I recommend her pre-school to everyone. They learn through play, no tablets or electronics just pure fun education. We will miss them dearly when graduation comes! Thank you Mee Mees lil Grasshoppers for all you are and all you do. We LOVE you!!

Mee Mee's Lil Grasshoppers is a place and labor of love. Miss Jamie loves the kids and makes each day so much fun. We need more play in the world and we are happy Miss Jamie has made a place so much fun.

If I could put 10 stars I would do it. It’s just the best day care ever (and we tried other for compare). I’m so grateful to all personal working with Discovery preschool class. They are very kind, pedagogical, patient and the most important - very professional. Growing in bilingual family my son started speaking English (his third language) very quickly. I was so happy that with their potty training he became cleans day and night just after 2 months, it’s unbelievable! My son never cried to go to daycare, even after long week-end or vacations - always with pleasure. All our family from different parts pf the world could follow my son day care life by application. I found it very practical, especially when you need to check what your child ate 1-2 days before and how much time he slept. Now being in France we wished a lot to have the same here ...

This Center is amazing, they have great COVID precautions in place, I love the curriculum and I feel at ease dropping off my child. The new Director Mrs. Rose is doing great things and I can't wait to see all of the changes!

Please keep in mind this daycare is under new leadership. Previous reviews are not relevant and all negative reviews are not reflective of the staff but a scorned woman.

VALLEJO PARENT NURSERY SCHOOL REVIEWS

Our family loved Vallejo Parent Nursery School! My daughter is in kindergarten now and I feel like her time at VPNS really prepared her for public school. The teachers are so great, they focus on play as well as learning but incorporate learning with fun and structure. I loved that the school is play based and that I was able to volunteer once a week. The staff is truly amazing! We always felt so safe and comfortable. My daughter still misses VPNS. I'll be sending my son here next year once he is potty trained and older (hes only 2).

My kid loves this school. She comes home so excited to tell us about her friends, her teacher, and everything she gets to do there. We love the school because it is play-based and respectful of the kids. As a parent volunteer, it makes me so happy to see how beautifully the teachers and directors interact with the kids. We are so happy to have found VPNS!

My daughter went here for 2 years and thrived. The social emotional learning is crucial and so well done here. The play and education were wonderfully coordinated and varied. I also worked in the classroom for the co-op option and really enjoyed my time.
