My aunt moved into Ivy Park Senior Living about a year ago, and shortly after, the community went through an acquisition with a new company taking over management. Naturally, our family was a little concerned at first about what changes might come and how it would affect the residents. We’ve been pleasantly surprised by how positive the experience has been. The staff has continued to provide compassionate, attentive care, and my aunt feels genuinely comfortable and supported here. The food is consistently good, the community is clean and welcoming, and the beautiful water views make it an especially peaceful place to live. Most importantly, we’ve seen that the residents truly matter to the team. We’re grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and care they’ve shown throughout the transition and beyond. Highly recommend for families looking for a caring senior living community.

I got a close family friend settled here a few months ago and she loves it. She was thrilled to find a place that would let her keep her small dog with her and when I am able to visit we walk together with him on the nearby trails. Her one bedroom apartment is the perfect size for the 2 of them and she really enjoys all the amenities and the community. There is a small salon and it’s fun to go with her and chat while she has her nails done.The location is also really convenient, with Costco and Safeway nearby for shopping. She’s been loving it here and the staff has been supportive, friendly and accommodating.

Cogir made our transition from home to hospital to assisted living so much more sane. Stacy was kind and understanding with all of our questions and concerns. My dad loves the fact that there are Tagalog & Ilocano caregivers there! He’s been there for a few weeks now and he is looking better than he has in years! Thank you Cogir.

My father was a resident at Cogir North Bay community for several years. Sadly, he passed last year. While he was there, he made many friends and participated in many activities. He always seemed to enjoy himself with the friendly staff. If you’re thinking of taking up residency there, I recommend it. Thanks for making my dad’s last days so pleasant. Herman Junior.

The caregivers are exceptional. However I found it annoying that you put iced water in the lobby but no cups because you think people steal them. I shall purchase them for you at Costco as I think for the $$$$ charged the least you can do is provide throw away cups.
