What a beautiful stay! The king bed and guest sofa room was magnificent. The bed sheets, the couch, the shower, the towels and most importantly the service! Front desk concierge, house keeping and management exhibited excellent world class customer service. The manager of the time, Ty (sorry if I misspelled your name) was absolutely wonderful and helped us with a small detail of our room. She we so cool and helped us make our stay more comfortable. If nothing else, the service was amazing! We felt welcomed and taken care of.

Jacob C. was an outstanding front desk representative during my stay. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and seamless. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was offering local recommendations or quickly addressing a request, Jacob handled everything with efficiency and kindness. He truly made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Excellent service.

Had a very nice stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and air conditioning was perfect. Nicely located to things like restaurants and target. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

This hotel provided a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long day. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready with a smile. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciated the amenities, such as the fitness center and the business center. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to returning in the future.

This hotel is amazing!!!! It is located close to six flags, major highways, food, shopping & a park. They have a decent sized pool & lovely hot tub that has jets that feel amazing on the body. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable about the area for tourists. Mrs. Sarah at the front desk was a pleasure & a great help with an emergency we had, she really helped us a lot. Mrs. Debbie as well I'm the kitchen makes some of the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, and was extremely kind our whole stay. I would definitely recommend.

This was a great stay. Stayed two days for a wedding and hotel is conveniently located by I-80. Every thing seemed only a couple miles away. Room was clean, A/C worked and breakfast was fantastic. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Right next to Discovery Kingdom Sixflags as well.

Im mainly giving all 5 stars for Courtney at the registration desk. We came in with a group over thirty. Courtney was incredibly courteous and efficient in checking is all in. She was patient and kind and answered everyone’s questions thoroughly. She gave each guest the same information regarding breakfast, the pool, the gym, and other amenities as if it were the first time she was saying it today. 5 stars for excellent professionalism and patience to Courtney.

Courtney was wonderful and extremely polite. Probably my best experience with a front desk. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Best employee in this establishment is definitely her.

Polite helpful friendly staff. Hotel is clean and for the most part quite. Even with my room right next to the elevator! Rooms are nice and comfy! I will definitely be coming back to stay again.
