I'm super grateful to my apartment complex, Blue Rock Village, and the kind and competent people who manage it! I just had to call after hours maintenance to have them come snake my toilet cuz I couldn't plunge it to get it to drain and they came in like 20 minutes! No charge, even at night, the service is a part of the rent I pay. I'm grateful to the system, to the kind maintenance man who showed up speedily at such an hour and quickly fixed it (shout out to Luis for bein' a hero) and I'm grateful to living in the future! Modern life has so much benevolence to be thankful for.

The managers Michael and Bryce are great! Everyone is always so friendly and professional. The grounds are always clean and I only recently had one issue that they quick moved to resolve. I’ve been here for over a year. My neighbors are kind and friendly and considerate as well. It’s a very quiet community with nice amenities. They fix any issue very quick and they are great with communication and always go above and beyond and out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. Me and my son love it here.

Great response time knowledgeable service technician fixed the issue quickly. Which was good as I had family members in from out of town and they remarked how fast and efficient the service was completed. Thank you

BAY VILLAGE APARTMENTS REVIEWS

My experience at bay village apartments have been peaceful, and quiet. Neighbors are kind and are respectful. The office staff are also on point with everything and very helpful. I appreciate them working with you and being there for help and questions. Maintenance as far as move in date with everything being completed is nice just a few minor things that had to be fixed that were like that at point of move in. Outside of that overall great choice to move in at bay village no complaints.

First impressions are everything and upon arrival I loved that this was a gated community. It was also well maintained. I has been working with Mary but actually received my tour from Maritza and she was so friendly and informative. My boys were in no rush to leave from just the patio but she was so kind to talk with me and give them a few extra minutes. The Bay View Lookout was gorgeous as well definitely a place to sit and relax or invite a friend to enjoy the scenery. We also got free reusable bags!! Loved! Loved! Loved it!

I absolutely love my apartment. The price, the view, the landscape, my neighbors. Everything has been above my expectations. I’ve lived here about 3 months and I still come home every night, take a deep breath and take it all in. The staff is always friendly and punctual and the app to pay rent and request maintenance is convenient and easy to maneuver. As I’m sitting in my covered parking spot I watched a maintenance worker leave another apartment with booties on to ensure the carpet stays clean where he was working. The other attention to detail and have gone above and beyond every time I’ve had any interaction with them.

We had a great stay here. The staff was fantastic, especially Dakota! He took great care of us, getting us around the property and to downtown Napa and back. Service at the hotel bar and housekeeping were all amazing too. They really go above and beyond which we appreciated!

Request was done the next day after I sent the request the night before. Work was done magnificent with no problem. GREAT JOB!!!

Extremely professional and worked pretty fast! Great experience, wonderful job!!
