I had an amazing experience at Bob’s Furniture, thanks to Karlene’s exceptional customer service! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the furniture options. She took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions, and guided me to the perfect pieces without any pressure. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. If you’re shopping at Bob’s, I highly recommend asking for Karlene—she truly goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

We came to this location looking for a new couch. The one we had before was ready to be replaced. Alberto took care of us and showed us around. There were many different options, but we had a specific style in mind. We had seen the couch at a different location and came to this one to see if we saw anything else that we liked. There was a wide variety and ended up going with the one we had initially had our eye on. Leslie helped us with the whole payment process and helped us set up the best delivery date that worked for us. They were both very kind and answered all of our questions. We are enjoying the couch and are glad that we made the choice to get it.

We arrived at Bobs on Central Park Ave in Yonkers and were greeted by Gayle. She was very polite and gave us our space as we found what we liked, she was immediately at a reachable distance and ended buying a kitchen island, sofa set and dining set plus tv stand. She was very kind and patient and treated us like family. She was excellent and we highly recommend her.

The salesman was knowledgeable was able to answer most of my questions and if anything the manager was nearby I left the store feeling positive about the interaction. Waiting for my delivery. This is the second purchase I have made from this store .. I highly recommend getting the extended warranty because they do stand behind their product as far as I can see at this time.

We had an amazing experience. Very easy process. The showroom is perfectly arranged to not overwhelm you. Every sales person is truly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable of products. We had to do a “re-selection” for a warranty issue. They made this process seamless and enjoyable. We felt that we were treated with respect and were listened to. Thank you for everything.

Overall a Great buying Experience, Much Appreciated. That Yonkers store is very big but our salesperson (Dee ) was able to narrow down our choices and it saved a lot of time. We have been looking for a while now and when we walked in I knew we would find what we were looking for. Thanks Again.

Came into Ashley and left with the most amazing table. Josh helped us so much … after several hours and thinking so much about our final choice we left feeling so good and excited about our choice. Josh did all he could to help from comparing pricing, going back and forth with us, moving things around… so much patience and going above and beyond. Been here a few times but always ended up leaving with nothing until we met Josh and today ended up finally taking our dream dining table set home.

Aminah was amazing. Our first visit to the store my son fell asleep in the car so my husband went in and looked at sofas. Aminah went out of her way to hold up pillows and samples at the window so I can see colors and fabric. She even came to my car to demonstrate how to clean the fabric. We made an appointment with her for the next day. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We purchased a beautiful sectional from her. We cannot wait for it to be delivered.

Josh was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he provided excellent service and helped me find exactly what I needed. The quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations, and his knowledge made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for great furniture and top-notch customer service.
