Dr Heckey is my new primary care physician. I’ve been spending most of my time in Calistoga and wanted to find a nearby pcp having not been happy with my pcp in SF. I’m very pleased with him. It’s never easy transitioning to a new pcp, but seeing Dr. Heckey has been a very good experience. From the front desk staff at check in to the nurse’s pre-exam, it has been a great experience. The new patient consultation was thorough. Dr Heckey is very experienced and has a very easy going way about him. He has been very responsive with follow-up on bloodwork and with my follow-up questions. His entire staff has been friendly and caring. I’d highly recommend him for anyone looking for a new pcp.

Bob Heckey has been my doctor for over 40yrs. A more caring and knowledgeable primary care physician does not exist! Many times he has gone over and above to provide me with the best medical care and advice. His office staff are also caring and professional, and run an efficient practice (e.g. short wait times). I recommend Dr. Heckey, and the associated physicians in his practice without hesitation or qualification!

Dr. Heckey has been my family physician for about ten years. I feel very lucky that my husband and I are under his care. He is a kind doctor who is concerned that his patients are healthy in body and mind. He is patient and communicative and he knows medicine. Thank you, Dr.Heckey!

I've had Dr Trapnell as a doctor since 2015. He is the nicest and very informative doctor I've ever had. I was in the medical field I've worked with alot of doctors. I find him very easy to talk to and genuinely really care about his patients.

Dr Trapnell has no ego! Dr Trapnell has referred my husband, when needed, to the very best physicians in their prospective fields!! Because of the constant excellent care of Dr Trapnell, my husband is healthier, certainly, than when I met my husband!! My husband has a plethora of issues. Dr has helped my husband create a healthy and long term life for himself. THANK YOU DR TRAPNELL AND YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF!

I have been seeing Dr Trapnell and the staff for over 10 years. I always feel Dr Trapnell cares for me with a kind and helpful manner. He is someone I go to for very important questions and he has always guides me with the most educated answers. dr. Markoff and the entire staff at the offices at Providence Suite 303 are some of the best in the business of healthcare. Dr. Markoff is attentive, professional, and if I dare say quite charming. I’m a married male 59 years old living in Santa Rosa and I’ve been seeing Dr. Markoff for the past seven years every office visit which is mainly just yearly check-in and prescription refill advice has been entertaining and worthwhile. Highly recommend Dr. Markoff you’re choosing a new primary care physician, He has extensive knowledge for sports related issues but I couldn’t have asked for a better primary physician and Dr. Markoff. Special shout out goes to Adrian office nurse and Diana Colonoscopy and referral specialist.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Markoff for many years now. We have always had nothing but positive experiences with both the office staff and the Dr. Fred is awesome, he does a great job. I am a 50+ year old male and my body requires maintenance on an on going basis. I appreciate his knowledge and advice as a doctor and my health has been really good since being a patient of his.

I feel like Dr. Markoff and I are working together as a team. He doesn't hold back on what he recommends but so far I've been up to the challenge. As a result my health has improved greatly. I think we make a great team.
