Matt is a great inspector, as a Realtor you always want a home inspector to be very thorough and knowledgeable. If an issue came up, he would explain it to the Buyer. Also advise how it could be resolved which put the Buyer at ease. His report was very simple to read, also very simple for the Buyer to request repairs though their attorney.
