This company is incredible. I am not sure why anyone would choose to go anywhere else for a home inspection. First, they offer a pre-inspection so you can get an idea of the property before putting in an offer. The cost of that goes toward a full inspection. Mike was so thorough. He went on the roof, took pictures of everything, answered all of my questions, gave sound advice, and helped me feel very confident in my purchase. Also, he followed up the next day to see if I had any questions and to check on how my calls went to the companies that I had reached out to for repairs. When my insurance company needed detailed info days later, he got the information immediately. When you get an inspection with them they will stay with you for the life of you home offering free advice and estimates, etc. I love these guys! Terri did my pre-inspection and she was just as good! She looked up model numbers of appliances and gave a really good list of things that should be done and things that could wait. The best company.

Fantastic, efficient experience! 100% recommend. The team was super responsive, made themselves available on short notice and gave us the confidence we needed to make an informed decision about a house we were considering buying. They obviously know what they’re doing, and took plenty of time to explain what they would be doing in advance, then went through all the details after the inspection to make sure we were clear and understood their findings.

They called me back and scheduled me in ten minutes! Todd was very knowledgeable and did not push us in to anything we didn't need. Our inspector was prompt, professional, courteous. She answered all of my questions and was very patient and made sure I understood all of the report that was provided immediately, before she left the site. I highly recommend this company for any inspection needs.
