Dru Gordon is very professional. I was referred to him by a realtor years ago. He is very thorough in his inspection. His reports are very easy to read and follow. After his inspection he goes through all his findings in specific details with you. He also supplements his inspection with other companies for mold and sewer inspections and all of them are very thorough and detailed as well. They send the report back in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend to use Gordon and associates as your home inspection.

I shopped around for four hours and was shocked to find Gordon and Associates was the ONLY inspection company in KC that carried Errors & Omissions insurance with a legitimate A-rated carrier. Dru was completely transparent through every aspect of the process. He was the epitome of thorough. My inspection reports totaled over 50 pages of detailed and clear information with accompanying pictures. It was everything I would need for negotiating, peace of mind, or escape. I can't recommend this service enough. Best money you'll ever spend on a property.
