Adam was referred to me and was able to squeeze a basic commercial inspection of major systems in on short notice to accommodate a tight sellers contract. Adam and his staff were amazing. We used them at the recommendation of our realtor and they were very timely, professional and provided lots of great information that we didn't even know we needed as it concerned an inspection. We ended up not purchasing the home due to the thoroughness of the inspection finding things we would end up possibly paying over $30k to possibly fix within a year or two.
