Guardian Home Inspection

Guardian offers an all-around excellent experience for the whole inspection process! Our inspector, Cameron, was very thorough and knowledgeable, and answered every question that we had! He was patient and friendly, and really took his time through each section of the interior and exterior of the home. The report was very detailed and extremely helpful for us. Jason and Laura were also very helpful and friendly throughout the experience as well! Would highly recommend!

I don't think I'm going to say anything else that hasn't already been said in the rest of the reviews. Jason was awesome. Thoroughly explained everything to me during the inspection and what needed to be done to correct the issues that were found. The inspection report was timely and incredibly detailed. I would highly recommend Jason and Guardian Home Inspection to anyone buying a home.

This company is indeed so unique. Not only are their services well above average and reasonably priced, friendly email greetings are sent during each holiday. This is such a pleasant touch that is unheard of with any other profession. I have scheduled another service without reservation and will do so again if needed. In addition, the company is currently giving a home inspection discount with a Toys for Tots donation. I cannot say enough about this company. If 10 stars were available, I would gladly give that rating.
