Zach came out and met us for an inspection on a house we had an accepted offer for. He was remarkably thorough and worked through the whole home side by side with us. We were provided a detailed report the very same day. We have used other inspectors in the past for our first home buying years ago, but after such a positive experience with Franca we fully intend to continue with them for inspections going forward and recommend them to anyone needing similar services.

We were very happy with House 2 Home's services. They quickly made us an appointment and were able to accommodate the speed the current market demands. Our inspector, Jeff, was thorough and answered all questions we had. He gave us an overall verbal report at the end of his inspection and we received a written report later the same night.
