J&M CRUSHED IT!! Jim was able to schedule an inspection on short notice and was communicative from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions (there were many). He is very hands-on and literally inspected every inch of my home and took pictures. Crawl space, sewer main surveillance, roof etc. He submitted a report back to us within 2 days and was responsive after the inspection for any follow up questions. Highly recommend, can't imagine there is someone who does it better.

Jim is a man with a heart of gold. As a young inspector, Jim took me under his wing and taught me the ropes. This man has opened more doors than anyone in my family!
