My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. We ended up using them twice, and Wade inspected both homes. Thanks to Wade, we were able to back out of the first home. He really saved us from making a bad decision on a house that seemed perfectly normal from the outside. Because Wade was professional and very honest, we wanted him to inspect the 2nd home we were wanting to purchase. Again, he was very thorough and honest. First of all their response was very quick. I called Monday and had an appointment on Tuesday morning. The inspector Wade was very professional and knowledgeable about the inspection. He found important errors that need fixing and he communicated the process clearly to our understanding. I’m so glad we used Level Up inspection.
