I came here and they were closed due to the cold weather. I was frustrated at first and let my complaints known to the owner Jason. Jason reached out to me and showed me he cared and that he wanted to make things right. He offered to comp my next car detail which meant the world to me. This goes a long way and I’ll be coming back here next time. They also had a good deal where if you bought a gift card you got a 20% discount which is cool! Randy and Flash took extra care of me today. Randy seriously showed me the best customer service imaginable, helped me get an eta on the completion and both him and Flash were as professionals as it gets. I seriously can’t explain how badass and well taken care of Randy made me feel. He went the extra mile to treat me like family. They really cared and showed it. I can’t recommend this place enough, this is a business that cares about its customers and you should come here if you need your car cleaned.

Car wash was amazing. The gave us an amazing deal for a mid size SUV, only $80 for the Works Wash, carpet cleaning and seat cleaning. The whole staff is so nice. Randy at the front desk is so funny and respectful. He was great to chat with while we waiting for the car. Didn’t take too long. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

Greg & Randy are always so nice. Always nice to see a smiling face when you pull up. The girls upfront are very sweet. They do a great job on my vehicle and IF for some reason you’re not happy about something, they fix it immediately.

Been coming here for almost two years and had to detail and shampoo the car seats. The team did an amazing job with my interior cleaning and exterior wash! The old stains are gone from my cloth seats! Very professional, efficient, and hard working group! Would highly recommend. Aside, after the wash before the detailing found the number plate frame was broken and the plate was bent. They didn’t bother to make it straight and also forgot to clean the trunk door which I noticed after coming home.

Good work extremely fair prices. Customer service was acceptable. Did a good job, had my German shepherd in the car and she left hair in every crevice... currently no noticeable hair left in car! Detailer expressed appreciation for tip.. DONT FORGET TO TIP! they work hard in this heat to keep us looking good! Did not go into interior of location so unable to rate the appearance and/or cleanliness.

Newer cars may need to be careful of the drive-through car wash part, but for my 6 yr old car, value is unbeatable. I paid more at Carvana near downtown and they didn’t vacuum or clean my car interior at all..this saved me a lot of time. Thanks.
