Elmer was prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with our gate opener. Upon servicing our shops 18ft roll up doors we were alerted to a safety hazard and appropriate repairs are to be made. (FWIW - garage doors were never installed properly - one side of each door was being held in place by the frame guiding the door. The doors are 4 years old. The most frequently used door has now begun to sag and catch.

Daniel from OGD was beyond polite and quickly assessed the issue with my garage door and just as quickly fixed it. I was so impressed with his efficiency. He did not try to upsell or quote me for more work than was necessary. This is a rare trait these days. He communicated well, was polite and didn't waste anyone's time. I would recommend this company and especially Daniel. The text updates are also greatly appreciated.

The technician came on time as was quoted and did an assessment so a plan of action was designed and implemented quickly. All is good and a better quality door opener installed. A lift master was installed and is quiet and does the job beautifully.
