OnSite provides a high quality inspection and backed it up with a report detailing all of the findings. We were able to negotiate fixes and concessions that were several times larger in dollar value than the cost of the inspection, and we also had our minds put at ease regarding the sewer line and radon levels. Will be recommending OnSite to friends and family in the future!

This is the most responsive inspection company I have ever worked with. Mike, our inspector, went above and beyond blue tapping a new build in Salt Lake City. He was very thorough and even noticed premature settling in the foundation.
