Sunshine Home Inspection

We used Sunshine Home inspections for inspecting a house we recently closed on. Thomas was very responsive, detail oriented and happy to answer questions while working on the inspections. He seemed to demonstratively look out for our interests, and gave a realistic picture of what it would take to correct deficiency found and what needs to be done to to correct it. And added bonus was mould testing and lead testing (paint) services available. I would highly recommend Sunshine.

Thomas of Sunshine Home Inspection was excellent to work with. He was professional and thorough, and very helpful. He walked me through the building inspection and explained everything we were seeing in detail, as well as explaining what I would need to be concerned about and why. His final report was quite indepth but easy to understand, and empowered me to make an informed choice about the building.
