Gary and his team are quick to respond when trying to schedule an inspection, arrive on time( even a bit early), are friendly/personable, are thorough with the inspection and explanations of what they see or found, also offer advise on what could be done, and the reports are completed and delivered quickly. If you’re looking for a great inspector, make sure you call Gary! He does inspections on properties I am purchasing but also on the properties my clients are purchasing!.

Home inspection was very detailed and professional the owner is very experienced and covered the whole house and addressed everything with details of how the issue can be repaired and also if the issue is a minor or a major issue you don’t see that with other inspectors and that’s what it makes this company different from others
