Scot is the most knowledgeable, detailed, and kind inspector that I know. I have worked in home improvement for years, and everyone that I know in the trades also says that Scot is the best inspector to have. My wife and I asked him to come look at an 1850's farm house we were looking at purchasing, and he gave the most detailed inspection I've seen. He really takes his time to go through every part of the building, and he is a wealth of knowledge, especially in older buildings.
