Eric P was the man with the plan during our recent home inspection. He was quick, safe, attentive, and extremely detail-oriented. We really appreciated how he simply explained everything that caught his eye - like a choreographed routine, but in a house he'd never stepped foot in. It was an absolute pleasure to watch him jump from one room to the other, from the attic to the roof (during gale-force winds!) to the basement in a timely fashion. He had the tools. The inspection with Spencer was outstanding! He was very thorough and looked at every nook and cranny! Despite the heavy snow we just got he still went up on the roof and did a thorough inspection. He was very kind and patient and taught me about the mechanics in my new home. I have full confidence in his assessment and inspection.
