Waypoint was great to work with for a home inspection. Their phone lines were answered promptly, and they scheduled an inspection swiftly. Javier was our inspector- he was professional and thorough and keen to walk me through his observations. When necessary, he was discreet when in earshot of the other agent. Very pleased with the turnaround time of the report - later same day. Altogether excellent work!

Very detailed inspection and informative post-inspection review. I was kept in the loop for the entire process, and after the inspection reports were sent to me, the inspector personally reached out to review each item he thought was important, and make sure I had a complete understanding of them. Waypoint also had an inspector to the property the day after I called them, which was awesome because time was of the essence. Best money I spent during the whole process of buying a home, couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.
