As a renter, I've feel like PMI Midwest is one of the better companies to rent from. Maintenance usually comes out the very next day after submitting requests. Adam has helped me out the last couple of times I had a maintenance request and he's always been friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

PMI Midwest is a great property management company. Specifically, Jenny Marvel at the office has been so responsive and flexible with my ever crazy schedule. She made move-in possible for me and continued to go above and beyond to get the answers to all my questions in a timely manner.

I want to commend John Perez for being professional and kind with me in handling my concerns well. I am impressed because he did a great job being patient with me answering all my inquiries. I would love to recommend PMI Midwest to my family and friends. Good job John.
