Chris and the HAUS team are the best. From our intro phone call and first meeting at the site through the various stages of the design process, we were confident that this was more than just a job for Chris; he cared about getting our future home right. He welcomed our preference to be very involved in the design process (even patiently tolerating our insistence on many iterations of various exterior and interior ideas). He had great thoughts on how to use and maximize space. And the team did a good job of accommodating our specific ideas with the overall look of the project and ensuring consistency throughout. HAUS also worked very hard to manage our budget expectations and to find ways to cut costs where possible. We are working now with the building side of HAUS (WERK), with an expected final completion in a few months. We have already referred HAUS and WERK to friends who are in the early stages of designing a house with them. If you are looking for an architect who will take your project seriously but not take himself too seriously, Chris is the guy. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Haus Architectural firm in Indianapolis led me step by step through the design process involving the renovation of a significant portion of the first floor of my 84-year old home in the Broad Ripple neighborhood,. We continued to work together through Werk Bild. I was told repeatedly that they wanted me to love the outcome - and I do. I have a totally new, beautiful, and functional kitchen with the addition of a full bath. But beyond that was the guidance given me to achieve a harmonious whole on the entire first floor. The staff of Haus and Werk Bild are professionals with heart. An outstanding experience.

We bought a historical home in 2020 with an idea to have a modern open concept floor plan but no idea how to do it.
