During a refinance Aaron was a tremendous help with great communication, I could not recommend a better mortgage company to deal with that will help out more than Royal United. Do not hesitate to contact them for any mortgage/refinance opportunities if you need it.

I talked to Jon about the refinance, and he was very efficient with explaining the process and how it works. He said it would probably take about three weeks for the refinance to complete, but he missed the deadline, it was completed in 19 days, to my surprise. His assistant Austin, was also a good representative with some of my questions. The overall experience was very positive and I would like to thank everyone who had a hand in my application. Thanks you all for a wonderful experience.

Clark, at First Option Mortgage, understood I was a very nervous homebuyer who was navigating buying a home by myself for the first time. He patiently guided me through the process of downloading online documents and acquiring all the needed papers. I also had a seemingly impossible timeline but Clark was willing to work evenings and weekends and was able to close on my home in only 21 days; truly remarkable!!! I would highly recommend Clark for your loan officer. He is kind, very organized, great at keeping me on task, very patient, and willing to answer all questions whatever time of day.

First Option Mortgage, Steve Stemick, team was wonderful. We had some issues with the IRS getting us a document and they helped hold our hand through the process. Great communicators and kind people.

Clark truly has the heart of a teacher, and words can't express how appreciative & thankful I am to have had him for my first home purchase. I look fwd to working with him in the future.
