I have been seeing Dr. McFadden for about a year now and I am so thankful for the progress that he has helped me achieve. He is very personable, charismatic, and very understanding. I wish I could use more than 5 stars to rate him and his practice. I've never had an issue scheduling a session and his office is very accessible in Center City. I strongly recommend him for anyone struggling with ADHD like myself. He will work with you and push you to make better, healthier habits. I am very appreciative of everything he's done for me so far and I can't wait to continue working with him. Because he has helped me so much, it personally drove me to form better habits so that we can both witness the success.

Dr. McFadden is a highly skilled psychiatrist who has helped me in the area of psychopharmacology dealing with ADHD resulting from an injury suffered in the line of duty. Dr. McFadden has a good table side manner with patients and is able to provide top tier services for those sufferers of ADHD who are in need of medication management, among other things.

Dr. McFadden captivated me by his demonstration of humility and empathy. He has exceptional listening and observation skills. His willingness to spend time educating me in the upmost professional manner is to be commended. I without a doubt would highly recommend his services.

Dr. Pagnani made himself easily accessible for a new patient appointment during the peak of the covid epidemic, and that spoke volumes to me. He also provided me with the psychiatric advice/medication management that I need for my issue. Thank you doctor.

Have been a patient of Dr. Nobles for 7+ years. Have never had a psychiatrist as amazing as her. Quick to respond to emails, so knowledgeable in what she does. Originally found her because I wanted to get pregnant and am on multiple different psych meds. I have continued with her and couldn’t ever thank her enough for her compassion, understanding and patience with me.

i have worked with many psychiatrists over the course of many years. dr. sarah noble is beyond compare. she is genuine, smart, perceptive, thorough and compassionate. she thinks outside the box. she truly extends herself as a physician, and a person. every contact is meaningful. i have learned so much about myself and my mental health as our work continues on. dr. sarah noble is the dr. of a lifetime. i am lucky to have her in my life.
