Dr. Pagnani is outstanding. He is patient and provides detailed information about medications, whenever I have questions. "Medications aren't supposed to change who you are", is what he told me. And that's what I see that's really different about him. It's not a one sized fits all approach. His goal is to help you find the medication that lightens the issue, without changing who you are. There are cheaper options, but I'd never even consider it after my experience with him. He is the best of the best.

Dr. Pagnani is all of the things one looks for in a medical professional and mental healthcare provider - he is incredibly intelligent, compassionate, and discrete. Having worked with him on and off for a couple of years now, I have to say there is something a bit different about him. Dr. Pagnani's dedication and availability to his patients is unlike any other psychiatrist I've worked with. He inspires trust and confidence that one can begin to heal and live a more fulfilling and productive life in spite of mental illness and other struggles. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a psychiatrist.

Dr Pagnani was a fantastic supervisor and clinical instructor during my training and he continues to be an excellent mentor to me and my colleagues. I’ve recommended him and his practice to many people and will do so as long as I am lucky to know him.

Dr. Robert McFadden is the most caring, comprehensive, and intelligent psychiatrist I have ever had! He has helped me beyond measure with becoming stable, functional, and mentally well. I reached out to Dr. McFadden for an initial assessment in 2020 after a stay in the hospital and have continued working with him since. Over the years, he has treated my multiple diagnoses with precision and correct medication regimens. His kind and compassionate approach with talk therapy has also helped me tremendously during our appointments. He is also always communicative and reachable for his patients. I can’t recommend Dr. McFadden enough, he has truly made a difference in my health and my life.

Highly recommended. If I could give 100 stars for Dr. McFadden, I would. I’ve been going to Dr. McFadden since 2015 and I’m so thankful for his help over the years. Not only is he a highly knowledgeable and skilled physician, but he is incredibly compassionate, understanding and accommodating. Dr. Noble has been a very strong driving force in my long-term recovery. She has improved my overall healthcare experience by ensuring my medical team is communicating and making decisions with the latest information. I especially value her obvious pursuit of knowledge, her advocacy, her sense of responsibility, and her ability to individualize treatment based upon my needs. She is dedicated, steady, and extremely empathetic no matter the symptoms or the person that walk through her door.

Have been a patient of Dr. Nobles for 7+ years. Have never had a psychiatrist as amazing as her. Quick to respond to emails, so knowledgeable in what she does. Originally found her because I wanted to get pregnant and am on multiple different psych meds. I have continued with her and couldn’t ever thank her enough for her compassion, understanding and patience with me.

Dr. Noble literally saved my life when I had major depressive disorder and anxiety so severely that sometimes I could not physically get out of bed. She approaches things holistically, took her time in treating me, and has continued to do so after treating me for a few years. She is a kind and loving person who listens with intent. I will be forever grateful for her.
