RIVERFRONT CITY PARK REVIEWS
Was so great to be able to walk through lights and the photo stops were so thoughtful. Because it is wet, the ground is a little muddy so just wear grippy shoes. Oh yah, go to the bathroom somewhere else before coming to walk the lights. Otherwise, really cute walking light display. It is very nice that it's free.
An amazing park with amenities for all!! It has a river for viewers, playgrounds for the kids, a carousel for everyone, and bathrooms for all. Walking paths for explorers, amphitheatres for the artists, and vendors to boot. This place is simply amazing!
Riverfront is a must. It looks different in every season. Amazing views for runners, walkers, and cyclists. Family friendly. Playground, carousel and Gilberts House for the kiddos.

Bushpark was AWESOME. so many squirrels running around and there are so friendly! Also they take really good care of their nature and the park in general. Top!
There are open spaces and tree-lined walks a track to walk dogs on. Bunny rabbits galore and even an eagle's nest with rumors of their being more.

MINTO-BROWN ISLAND PARK REVIEWS
I enjoy walking my dog on the miles of trails. Trails in this park are clearly marked, and are asphalt, gravel or dirt. After heavy rains some trails can become inaccessible due to flooding, but overall they seem well maintained. The park provides dog waste bags and trash receptacles at various points, as well as a few portable toilets.
Great place for a long or short hike with or without your pooch! The trails are large and fairly clear of mud, depending on the trail you decide to hike. There are always people here either at the dog park or walking around the park taking it all in. Don't forget to hike with a buddy if you're planning on hiking the long trails because they will take you far into the expanse of Salem's rural areas.
Minto Brown Park is one of the great features in salem. There are miles of trails for hiking as well as access to the Willamette river. A playground for kids and a dog area to let your furry friend run around.
