Tarah is the most efficient, professional, calming, and incredible coordinator out there. Hiring Tarah for my wedding was the absolute best decision I made as a bride. Leading up to the day she was very communicative, reassuring, knowledgable, and organized. She truly made my wedding what it was - perfect. Tarah was so organized and was remarkable at making me feel calm, beautiful, and assured that everything was happening just the way I had planned. My mother was so relieved and happy that Tarah took on all aspects of the wedding letting us truly enjoy and relish in every moment. She made sure that I enjoyed every moment of my wedding day to the fullest as she took on all stress and problems that occurred. She is absolutely incredible and I cannot imagine my wedding day without her. Tarah is a phenomenal lady and I feel so grateful that I was able to share my special day with her. The best decision you can make as a bride is to hire her.

I was a little reluctant to hire a day-of coordinator for my wedding, just because I didn't think it was necessary. My mother and sister talked me out of it and I am so glad they did and SO SO glad we hired Tarah! She made our wedding day a total breeze. She was professional, organized, and just on top of everything. We had several check-ins before the big day that gave me confidence were on the same page and she knew what was important to me, and she absolutely delivered. Both my husband and I couldn't stop gushing about how she went above and beyond; for instance, she made sure I had a glass of wine in hand (and husband had a beer) the entire night, which was just delightful. :) I can't recommend Tarah or Bespoke Wedding Planning enough. Hire her!

Tarah is wonderful to work with! It was so good knowing we had someone there to handle all of the inevitable crises that come up the day of (and few days before) a wedding. She made our wedding day absolutely perfect. It was completely stress free and absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much Tarah!

My wife and I hired Stephanie Bobb as our day-of planner for our wedding in June 2025 in Portland. The venue we used required a day-of planner, and we are so glad we had Stephanie. On the day of our wedding, the venue let a number of things fall through the cracks. Stephanie was very quick to bring them to the attention of the venue staff to remedy. With so much going on the day of our wedding, it was so nice to have her professional expertise. Thank you so much Stephanie! -Jack & Melanie.

We found Emili a little over a year before our wedding and we are so grateful that we did! She was our Day of Coordinator but she ended up being a lot more than that. She would answer my texts with random questions we had, set aside time for a phone call to discuss details and so much more which helped relieve stress and help us prep for the big day. Then on the wedding weekend, she was all in! She worked with us to prep a seamless timeline, answered our wedding parties questions, and made us feel so ready for our wedding day. She communicated with all our vendors, checked in on my fiancé (at the time) and made sure all the details were exactly how we wanted them. If there was a hitch on the day of, we had no idea- that’s how involved and organized she was. Her follow up after the wedding day was also so unexpected and thoughtful, and we now have wonderful memories to look back on and relive the day whenever we want. We cannot recommend Emili enough, if you book her you won’t regret it!

We hired Emili to be our day-of coordinator for our wedding, but she was so much more than that! She met with us several times throughout our months-long planning process, and when the big day came, we knew we could entrust her to make sure everything ran smoothly. She handled all of the communication with our vendors leading up to the event and did a fantastic job helping us with setting up, decorating, and cleaning up. She helped us achieve our perfect wedding day, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator/planner!

Emili made our day completely seamless. She referred us to a great catering, rental and floral company. We are so thankful that she put together our big day and was just as laid back as us. We would hire her again!
