My wife and I hired Stephanie Bobb as our day-of planner for our wedding in June 2025 in Portland. The venue we used required a day-of planner, and we are so glad we had Stephanie. On the day of our wedding, the venue let a number of things fall through the cracks. Stephanie was very quick to bring them to the attention of the venue staff to remedy. We worked with Cassidy as our coordinator for our daughter’s wedding and she was fantastic. Very kind, patient, detailed and easy to work with. Kept everything running on time and communicated with all our vendors. Would highly recommend!.

Cassidy was amazing and went above and beyond for us. She was a great sounding board when I was overwhelmed and took care of every detail the day of! Would 10/10 recommend her for your big day.

Tara was such a phenomenal help both leading up to the wedding and on the actual day. She kept our team of folks in line and made everything run smoothly. Thank you so much for everything!.

BEYOND THE VEIL REVIEWS

We found Emili a little over a year before our wedding and we are so grateful that we did! She was our Day of Coordinator but she ended up being a lot more than that. She would answer my texts with random questions we had, set aside time for a phone call to discuss details and so much more which helped relieve stress and help us prep for the big day. Then on the wedding weekend, she was all in! She worked with us to prep a seamless timeline, answered our wedding parties questions, and made us feel so ready for our wedding day. She communicated with all our vendors, checked in on my fiancé (at the time) and made sure all the details were exactly how we wanted them. If there was a hitch on the day of, we had no idea- that’s how involved and organized she was. Her follow up after the wedding day was also so unexpected and thoughtful, and we now have wonderful memories to look back on and relive the day whenever we want. We cannot recommend Emili enough, if you book her you won’t regret it!.

We hired Emili to be our day-of coordinator for our wedding, but she was so much more than that! She met with us several times throughout our months-long planning process, and when the big day came, we knew we could entrust her to make sure everything ran smoothly. She handled all of the communication with our vendors leading up to the event and did a fantastic job helping us with setting up, decorating, and cleaning up. She helped us achieve our perfect wedding day, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator/planner!.

Emili made our day completely seamless. She referred us to a great catering, rental and floral company. We are so thankful that she put together our big day and was just as laid back as us. We would hire her again!.
