Blake Rickels is an outstanding realtor not only due to his knowledge about real estate in the Knoxville area but his the relationship and care he shows his clients is what is so impressive. I am moving this summer to Knoxville, and as everyone knows right now real estate is hard to navigate, especially when you are not in the area. He is accommodating when it comes to showing you the homes, even virtually, no matter what time it is. His ability to inform you about what is a fair and solid offer in this market is invaluable.
