I really appreciated Dan and Kristen for their help and effort selling my single family house successfully. They were very well prepared before our first meeting, and my wife and I could not refuse to select this Wolf team as our selling agent when we saw their binder book with their constructive data and their successful stories with my colleagues. For my specific case (need to leave before October), Dan took some pictures before we moved out, which allows us putting my house on market in September (those pictures were taken in my opinion very professionally). And later after we moved out, he had a professional photographer re-take lots of nice pictures. Kristen hosted a few open house shows and the team also has a good IT knowledge to put my house flyers accessible in various professional website and social medias.
