Melissa Hernandez on the Dar Walden Team was an absolute dream to work with. We had a really tight schedule and needed to find a home that we loved and can close within two months. Melissa had all the right connections lined up and ready to go for us once we found the right place. She worked quickly and thoroughly to help us view homes, get what we needed done for closing, and get us all the information we wanted/needed as first time home owners. I don’t think we would have been able to find our perfect place without her and her connections. I would recommend Melissa to anyone looking to purchase a house!

Would give more than five stars if it were possible! Dar Walden and team are truly the best! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Sasha while we searched for our first home here in Anchorage. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us honest and transparent feedback. We never felt in any way that she was trying to just make a sale but rather trying to help us find the right home for us - which she did! Along with that, communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was super patient with us and all our questions and always had a an answer. She even helped facilitate the pre-approval process with local lenders which made everything go quick and smooth. Couldn't recommend this team more!!!

Sasha and the Dar Walden team are unbelievably good. We are first time home buyers and there is no way we would have gotten our dream house without Sasha’s help!
