We had a great experience working with Stephanie and selling our home from the lower 48. We actually switched to Unity Home Group because we did not feel we were getting the service we needed from our previous realty company. We are extremely glad we made the switch. Stephanie did an awesome job facilitating the repairs needed to sell the house. Stephanie also did an outstanding job advocating for us as our home sale was more complicated due to the nature of some repairs. I would highly recommend this company and would consider it your first choice if you need a realtor.

Monique helped us with our first ever home purchase. She was so kind, helpful, patient and communicative. She made the whole process much less scary and a lot smoother than we could have hoped. She always answered our questions, kept us in the loop and would get additional input from her team when needed. She went above and beyond with scheduling same day viewings, informing us of all the repairs and items in the inspection, making sure our offer was exactly where we felt comfortable and making sure everything went smoothly. She even helped us find a lender and kept us on track, explaining everything along the way. We are so grateful for her kindness, cheerful attitude and knbowledge of the market. We are so excited to be getting into our first ever home and would highly recommend Monique to anyone looking to buy or sell! Bianca Temple is incredible! From looking at the property that I was interested in and going through the lending process and putting in an offer, to closing on the purchase and making sure everything was squared away, she was there every single step of the way.
