I'm from the Gulf Coast and was relocating to downtown Indianapolis for school and work. I had 34 days to find a house and move to Indianapolis. Luckily, I found Scott Chain on Google and began to work with him. He helped me find a house with everything I asked for within a day, and he was super responsive. We were back and forth and and offer on the house was accepted just a couple hours after we put it in. He was extremely personable and helped me with the entire process remotely. Since I wasn't able to view the house before I purchased it, he was nice enough to go out of his way to attend my home inspection for me and send me additional pictures and videos of the house. It was honestly a wonderful experience working with Scott, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. We found and closed on the house in 31 days and everything happened just in time for me to move up to Indianapolis and begin work two days after closing.

Staci Ziegler was an amazing person to work with and had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process of selling and purchasing our new home! I would highly recommend her and her partner Chris to ANYONE looking to buy or sell their house! If we end up buying or selling again, I will DEFINITELY be contacting them again for their help! 10/10 in every metric you could think of.
