We had a great experience working with our realtor, Sarah Brazell, who was invaluable to us as first-time homebuyers. She was so patient with us, met with us to go over the nuts and bolts of buying a home months before we started searching in earnest, helped us find an incredible lender, answered ALL our questions, and gave us her expert perspective while we looked at houses. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that she managed to do all of this while she was dealing with a family emergency, showing incredible grace under pressure. We also worked closely with her showing assistant, Lindsey Reese, who gave excellent advice and was readily available as well. I'd highly recommend working with this brokerage.
