After my next door neighbor waxed poetic about the talents of realtor Dan D'Amico, I too used him as the realtor for my apartment sale that recently closed. Dan is exceedingly professional and understands the Westchester market completely. He knows what it takes to make a sale happen. Dan then brought in a superb photographer and came up with an asking price that I felt was fair. Well, in less than one week, I had a qualified buyer and an accepted offer. I was expecting to have to negotiate a little, but no. The offer was the full asking price. Dan also recommended a superb real estate lawyer and the rest was easy. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to hire him again should the need arise.

A little more than a year ago during the hight of the Pandemic I reached out to Adrian Figueroa, of Damico Group Real Estate, because it became very necessary for me to move out of my apartment in the Bronx. My son graduated from High School with Adrian so I figured I would have at the very least a respectful “ There is no way I can help you, sorry Mom.” But, boy was I wrong! I had a few financial obstacles and where I wanted to buy a house was not in Adrian’s comfort zone but that was not a problem. First Adrian introduced me to Joseph Viganola and the rest as they say is history. The whole Damico Team was excellent and assisted and supported me throughout the whole home buying process. Thanks to Damico Group Real Estate, and especially to Adrian Figueroa; I own the coziest, cutest little house I call home! Thank you Adrian for helping my dream come true, you and the Damico Team really are the best!!!

Working with Valerie was tremendous from start to end. Valerie did an excellent job of communicating throughout the entire process.
