We had inheritted an old house and property from my husband's dad last year. We were looking for someone to design our new house. Different contractors referred us to different "designers" (we found out all of them are draftsman). My friend sent me Jimmy's video link from youtube and we found his videos are very informative and helpful. We learned a lot from his videos and decided to work with Jimmy and his team for our project. Finally, we had got the house designed better than we thought, and got the building permit in a smooth and fast. Home owners, you gotta watch Jimmy's videos before you do anything for your house.

I contacted Jimmy Wu for assistance obtaining a building permit that had been in process for almost a year. With his guidance, I was able to get the permit in a matter of a few weeks! He responded immediately and was very knowledgeable and professional. That man is a genius and a treasure!

We would highly recommend Victor, of Welch and Weeks, for anyone’s home design and architectural needs. We had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Victor designed our home from a vacant lot to completion, in a timely manner, with amazing design, detail, and project oversight. He was able to advise us in our decision making, creating the home of our dreams. Pip White punched the refresh button on our Ossipoff home. The project was to remodel our 30 year old galley kitchen and to make use of a NEVER used formal dining room.
