Been craving a good Philly cheesesteak & they did not disappoint. Went during peak lunch rush… the cashier was friendly & the food came out quick, hot, and fresh. Lots of meat & cheese on the Philly. Also tried the Philly steak egg roll & it was a 10/10. Sad I’ve waited so long to try this place out but I most definitely will be back!.

Haven't seen the owner Mr. LARRY IN 10 YEARS LOVING THE CHEESE STEAK SUBS AND THE RENOVATIONS Food AND PEOPLE ARE SPLENDID KUDOS FROM: Sherri Berri Parker, customer since college 1989 and for life!!!Lol.

They overcook the steak a little, it was ok. Being a Philadelphian maybe I'm judging a little hard.

I use to live in VA and I use to come here all of the time. So whenever I visit I try to come here. Although there only open on certain days, but when im able to go I make time to go!! Make sure you try the MEATHEAD Grilled cheese 100/10 definitely recommend!.

Fantastic place to get a fancy grilled cheese, they do serve beer and wine that go well with whatever you can find on their menu and there is always a special that is limited and unique. Chicken noodle soup was amazing. Highly recommend.

Yum! I needed a casual but super tasty restaurant to bring an out of town visitor and this was a perfect choice. We were able to sit immediately at the bar and enjoyed our sandwiches.

I have been coming to Taste for years and it is hands down my #1 sandwich place in Hampton Roads. The quality ingredients and freshness are what keep me coming back, especially the bread! My favorite sandwich has always been the Northender but I always get it with House Hot Dressing instead of the basil mayo. Definitely elevates the sandwich and I highly recommend it.

First time in Norkfolk. My husband came across this place and I met him here for lunch. So delicious. So fresh! Love the atmosphere and the vibe. Not sure what he ordered but it was divine. Definitely recommend.

AJ is absolutely awesome. She is professional, courteous, and customer-service oriented. Please recognize her publicly with the intent to have others emulate her. The TASTE leadership did a fine job hiring her.
