Firehouse Subs

A while back I placed an order at the store. When I got home I realized it was completely wrong. I called the store and spoke to the manager. I explained what I got wasn't what I ordered. They said they would have a sub waiting for me to pick. When I picked up the sub I asked them what I owed them since it was a large, nit a medium sub. They said it was no cost because I had to drive there to pick it up. Their customer service is exceptional and they go out of their way to make it right!

Had an amazing experience. I have celiacs and the workers were more than accommodating taking all safety measures to make sure everything was safe to eat. Want to thank Zach specifically!! Thank you Zach fir taking good care of us!! Will be returning frequently!

I'm not sure why every single Firehouse subs I visit, it feels severely understaffed. Regardless, the one guy working there was super nice and made a damn good sandwich. Actually was one of the best ones I've had.
