The nostalgic atmosphere was refreshing. The food was top tier. Dare I say everything was perfect! It was! Parking was a task, but this restaurant is worth it. The lobster bites were absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and hot when it arrived to the table. I would definitely recommend this place.
Came here from out of town hankering for some good seafood. Mission accomplished. I was able to get a seat at the bar right away. The service was very friendly and the food was great. Came out fast, all very fresh and very flavorful. The fried grouper was the stand out item for me, tender fish with a crispy fry. You can’t beat it.
From being greeted at the door, taken to our tables, and getting our food quickly, we were treated as if we were wanted and valuable guests. Ansley D was patient, informative and accommodating with taking our order. The food came quickly and it was delicious. What a great experience.

TOP 3 FLEET LANDING RESTAURANT REVIEWS
When we walked in we were greeted quickly and with a smile. We were sitted quickly in the covered side patio. Allie was out server gave us several recommendations and we chose the calamari it was excellent. Wife had the crabcake sandwich while I had the shrimp platter both were quite delicious. Service was frequent and excellent. Great views with great food and service.
This restaurant is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Everything that we ate was great (salmon, grilled shrimp, fish on the day), the atmosphere was lovely and even though it was raining, the view was great! And GET THE PIMENTO CHEESE GRITS!!! One of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth! Definitely a highlight of our family trip to Charleston! We will definitely be back.
This was our last stop before leaving Charleston. It sits on the river, which has a beautiful view of the fishing dock. The experience was great. The food was awesome. My wife and I had the whole fried flounder with green beans and Charleston red rice as well as cheesy grits. For dessert, we both had the white chocolate bread pudding, so delicious. We watched people on the pier fish while we ate, got to smell the saltwater, and watched the tide go out. I also had a dozen locally caught oysters on the half shell fresh from the waters as an appetizer. My wife had fried green tomatoes, and she doesn't like oysters. But I ate all 12, and they were great.

TOP 3 HANK'S SEAFOOD RESTAURANT REVIEWS
Had a private dining experience for a family members birthday celebration and everything was fabulous, from the food to the environment. It was a perfect location for an intimate celebration. I ordered shrimp and grits as my main course and the grits were creamy, the shrimp tender and perfectly seasoned, and the red sauce was something I didn’t want to run out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond in their service to make sure my family was taken care of and felt celebrated. The only downside is that the private dining area was only accessible via stairs. I highly recommend this spot.
Blown away by the experience we had here. The seafood is some of the very best I have had. I started with a shrimp cocktail that consisted of 5 very large shrimp cocked to perfection with a delicious cocktail sauce with a nice amount of horseradish (which I love). My main course was the blackened scallops with grits. Scallops were cooked to perfection and the grits were so good. All of this was accompanied by some great service.
Busy place, and we can see why. The food was delicious . We had Ceviche as an app and it was simply out of this world. We also had Tuna Tartar and that too was outstanding . The addition of Extra Virgin Oliver oil was so scrumptious. I ordered the bouillabaisse and was not disappointed . The broth was well developed, having great depth of flavor. My wife ordered twin lobster, and she described it as melt in your mouth delicious.
