3 Best Seafood Restaurants in Vancouver, WA

Our mother recently moved into spring wood landing down the street. This is now our go to place. We came here Easter Sunday and we also came here for happy hour twice this week. All three times the service was wonderful and all three times the food was very good. The happy hour food prices are absolutely unbeatable. And lastly, they have an amazing lemoncello tiramisu that is literally out of this world. We had it all three visits. It is homemade fresh and a little bit on the tart side not too sweet and a lot of fresh whipping cream and a lot of fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. Just outrageously good.

Went there for the first time on my birthday last November and it was absolutely amazing! The all-you-can-eat Fisherman’s Platter just blew me away! Fish, prawns, clam strips, French fries, coleslaw, clam chowder and pasta carbonara. They sure do make the best seafood in town. Also the dessert is a great way to celebrate your birthday with ice cream and a brownie. (except the coconut on top) Skippers ain’t got nothing on McGrath’s.

Can't wait to go back! From the food to the service and atmosphere, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We ordered oyster shooters, clam chowder, and the seafood combination. We also ordered a couple of IPA beers. I was happily surprised that our waiter suggested we try a few samples of the beer to see which one we liked best. What a treat.

First time visitor to the Cove. We made a reservation for our work group and asked for window seating. While they didn’t have any available when we arrived, they graciously offered to let us wait for a table clearing soon. It took over 30 minutes, the sun set in the meantime. Advice is just get a table. The booths are interior anyway and it was dark out by the time we sat. The interior upper level seats still have partial pater views. Next time I wouldn’t wait. Favorite dish by far was the seafood fondue. MUST come back for this gooey heavenly concoction. Mocktail was yummy with pomegranate and thyme. Scallops are perfectly cooked. A bit small and you only get 4. Friend really loved her salmon and the others enjoyed their burgers. I’d pass on the chowder. It was good but nothing beats that fondue cheesy goodness. Yum yum. Look forward to returning. Food was flavorful and cooked to perfection and waitress had an awesome personality and was attentive. Views of the Columbia River.

We arrived early on a Friday night and got a table by the window to enjoy the sunset and evening lights. Our server, Abigail, was very attentive, and the atmosphere was calming and classy, perfect to celebrate our daughter's birthday. (They even brought her a candle on her dessert!) We had two ribeye specials and one seafood bucatini, brussel sprouts, the cove salad, fall harvest salad, clam chowder, cornbread calamari, and the mascarpone apple crumble torta to share and drinks. Everything was excellent.

We made reservations for a brunch date, and were quickly seated and greeted by our wonderful server Ky. Mimosas came out very quick, and we never felt forgotten about, as Ky checked on us often. We ordered the Benedict and biscuits and gravy. I'm always hesitant to order Benedict at a restaurant, because I'm picky about hollandaise sauce, but I could not believe how delicious this hollandaise was. One of the best I've ever had. I would come back just to have it again, but im excited to try something different next time. Definitely enjoyed our meals and will be back.
