Overall solid restaurant with all the staples and a couple dishes I have not seen elsewhere. Definitely nicer ambience than most of the small shops around. We had the banh mi, bun bo hue, bun dac biet, and satay soup. All good dishes. Good spice level as well on the soups. The meats all had excellent flavor, the noodles were a touch soft for our liking but not mushy. Went during peak dinner time, service was a little slow, but very friendly and food was quick.

We had a bit of a tough time finding good vegan pho in Vancouver but Pho Vi Van came to the rescue! Everything is fresh, and their flavors are delicious! The portions are perfect too and the service is quick. We love, love, love their vegan pho.

The food and service here are so wonderful! I’ve loved the tofu vermicelli bowl incredibly and our family also adores the pad thai noodles. The portions are very generous & delicious, and everyone at the restaurant has been so kind. Can’t wait to return for another meal.

Been a big fan for many years and have enjoyed the menu, ambiance, and staff each and every time we visit. The new remodel plays up on the coziness and all decorations pleasing to the eyes. Like many restaurants, short staffing continues to be an issue, but the owners are doing their best with this...oftentimes working beyond overtime to maintain the customer experience. Our lunch today was not only flavorful, but the presentation was top notch. Wife had the dry soup and I had the shaking beef, which is tenderloin. Both were excellent.

The service was incredible. Staff is very kind, patient and accommodating. The food is something you must come and try out for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Everything we ordered was of the highest quality, taste and we did not have to wait long. This place instantly became a go to classic.

So good! The atmosphere was relaxed, everything was very clean, and the staff was friendly! I'm visiting from Spokane and will definitely be back if I'm out this way in the future.

Came here to say that if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The chicken pho broth was absolutely divine.. rich, flavorful, and incredibly soothing. I needed something very gentle after coming off a fast, and this hit the spot in every way. The veggies were so fresh, the broth was perfectly balanced, and everything was cooked to perfection. Hats off to the chef, and to the amazing customer service! You can truly taste the love and care in every bite.

Phò Tôn is my go to for pho and vermicelli salad. The ingredients are fresh, high quality, deliciously prepared and mindfully presented. The staff is friendly and the service is impeccable. When you ask for fish sauce they will bring you a whole bottle. I like it so much that I will even suffer through the terrible music they play on repeat.

Absolutely wonderful customer service, food came out very quick. Very friendly atmosphere, will definitely be coming back again.
