Definitely happy to switch from Vivint to this company. They are very professional,timely, considerate of the customers needs, and a value to the customers wallets. I appreciate their business and they will always be a staple in our home and any future residence. This company has values I can stand behind and are customer service oriented. Any and all issues I’ve had were met with a prompt response and fix if necessary. Recommend to anyone in need of any kind of alarm.

Brandon came out to fix our equipment and did an excellent job! He took the time to show us how to use functions online that we didn't even know we had! He was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. When he was done, he went through the whole system to ensure everything was working properly. I really appreciate everything he did. I definitely recommend this technician.
