Advanced Security Systems

We have been using Advanced Security Systems for YEARS! They are responsive and always follow through with any issues that come up. We recently went through an upgrade to a system that we can control with an App on our phones! WE LOVE IT! Jeff & Troy were efficient and professional during the upgrade process. They were always on time or early, explained everything and made sure things were perfect. I could not be happier with the service & people at Advanced Security Systems. We had a summer home in Clearlake, CA that was burned in the October 2017 fires. Our boathouse on the water, however, survived. We got a call in September 2018 that our boathouse had been broken in to. We arrived in a mess and missing items. We called Advanced Security to place an alarm in our boathouse (they also installed in our primary home). Troy and Dustin showed up, on time, very professional and polite and completed the install in record time. Thank you, Troy and Dustin!

Recently I had problems with my alarm system going off, even after changing the batteries . I tried to get help on YouTube for any "tricks." Instead, Sam came to the rescue and now I'm a happy camper. Sam earns 5 stars from me! He even gave me his number in case something happens over the weekend.
