ARCO Lock & Security

We recently used Arco to rekey and replace some locks at our home. The technician was Kevin and he did a fantastic job. He clearly explained alternatives, respected our house and completed the job quickly. Kevin’s very knowledgeable and a great communicator.

Kevin was on time, friendly, and efficient. He was patient with me in greeting my puppy who is unsure of strangers and was patient with me in asking questions that were outside his job on another door. 100 % good experience,!

Keith did an excellent job in rekeying our house in just a few minutes. We had him clear and reset a keypad on the front door, that we can now use. Had a couple of extra keys made at a very low price. I would recommend this company and this employee for work in your home or business.
