The owner of the company was in constant contact with me throughout the entire install providing me with updates. There was some troubleshooting that needed to be done (no fault of Dimaggio Electric. Was a configuration issue with the device) and Russell came on the weekend and after hours personally troubleshooting the issues until it was resolved. Customer service experience was excellent! I highly recommend this company for all your alarm and video needs! I love this family owned business.
