Wow, what a great experience. Having never rented anything like this before, the entire office staff was extremely helpful throughout every step of the process. I submitted an email for a quote and got a response from Pricilla within an hour and was able to get all my questions answered right away. Price was on par with the other quotes I received (most of the requests I sent to other vendors got no response). Once I was ready to book, I called in and spoke to Kristie who was able to get all the details and complete my reservation. Delivery and pickup was quick, easy and painless; I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for this service. I only needed one unit for a one day private event, but they treated me just like a larger customer and I really appreciated that. Thanks again!

Priscilla is a gem! She rectified a previous mishap from an earlier order and was very attentive to my requests and details. She got everything to me in a timely manner and all details were correct and properly followed through. This place is great the customer service is amazing. You actually get a real person right when the phone rings. Called spoke with Natalia she was so polite and friendly. She was great I placed my order in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be using this company from now on.
