We contacted Bolton based on our previous experience with Jack Spack before they were purchased by Bolton. Absolutely outstanding company. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. They communicated really well when it came to scheduling. The technician that came out was of the kindest, most professional folks I've ever worked with. He did a fantastic job, explained everything really well, and even took the time to show my curious 9 year old his truck. His incredible customer service has made us permanent customers. Great work guys.

Due to an error in my septic system, my alarm went off and I was confused on what to be done, I called Bolton septic, Mike helped me on the phone providing instructions on troubleshooting, which I was able to do. Later Jay came over inspected my system, educated me about my septic system, cleaned it perfectly at a reasonable cost. Very happy with the service, advice and knowledge share. thx.
