Montana came out to drain my septic system. He was knowledgeable and polite and patiently answered all my questions about how the thing worked and potential reasons why it was backing up. He went above and beyond trying to diagnose what the problem might be and ways to fix it. I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism and kindness. High praise!!!
